What is Landry Print Co.?

We're a family-owned small business that designs and screen prints all of our products right out of our home. You can find out more right here.

Where are you located?

We work out of our home studio in Denton, TX. Our products are available in the online shop or at a few local gifts shops, but we'd love to expand that! Have a store you think we're a good fit for, let us know!

What is screen printing and how is it different than my printer?

Screen printing works like a stencil. Our custom design gets burned onto a mesh screen, and then using a squeegee, we push hand-mixed ink through the screen to transfer our design onto paper or fabric. Most of our prints have 3 colors, so each paper is hand-pulled 3 times to get the final product. It's not at all like your printer, but we do use one for your receipt!  

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed. Occasionally, it may take longer if we are out of town or exceptionally busy. 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with a tracking number that will confirm your order has shipped. Use the tracking code to track your package until it arrives.

What shipping services do you use?

We usually use the United States Postal Service, though we may use UPS or FedEx on occasion. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Landry Print Co. product, but if you're not satisfied you may return it for a full refund. However, please note that you will have to cover the cost of shipping it back to us. Please contact us before you attempt a return of your product.

My shirt is the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, you may exchange your shirt for another size, but you will be responsible for shipping the shirt back to us. Once we receive your original shirt, we will send you your preferred size. Please contact us before you attempt an exchange of your product. 

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

That's the worst! Please contact us immediately and be sure to photo the damage. 

I want a custom shirt or poster printed, can you do that?

Maybe, but probably not. We're not a commercial print shop, so we spend our time focusing on products that we can design, print, and sell ourselves. It never hurts to reach out, though.

Do you offer graphic design services?
